Community Engagement

Kaman actively supports various charitable endeavors across the world. Our programs recognize and support the communities our employees live and work to make a positive impact. We partner with organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, Adopt-A-Family, and the Wounded Warrior Foundation. Several of our businesses have grass roots volunteers that coordinate and participate in events with these organizations. 
 
   

  

 

Kaman also is proud to work with several civic organizations.  We have a long history with Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation, which was founded by Charlie Kaman and his wife, Roberta (Robbie).  This important program continues to be supported by Kaman to this day.

Additionally, Kaman is a sponsor for both the Aerospace Industry Association's Team America Rocketry Challenge (TARC) and Capital Region Education Council (CREC). These two organizations are focused on expanding a passion for technology and innovation, which is fundamental to Kaman’s rich history.
