Fabric Liners


There are 3 basic fabric formulations that cover most of the applications RWG is engaged in: 


FRASLIP F – Temperatures -67°F to 325°F (-55°C to 163°C); 392°F (200°C), short duration

Self-Lubricating liner system FRASLIP F is a versatile liner system that consists of Synthetic fibers and is used for high static loads and low speeds.

  • Tight woven fabric of multifilament synthetic fibers, coated (saturated) with a unique formula of PTFE, resin and special fillers

  • Outstanding compatibility with bare titanium

  • Non-swelling

  • Low outgassing, tested per mVCM ECSS Q70-02

  • Qualified to SAE AS 81820, EN2755, ABS2045 plus many customer approvals


FRASLIP EF – Temperatures -67°F to 325°F (-55°C to 163°C)

Helicopter Liner System FRASLIP EF consists of special PTFE based fabric and super finished ceramic surface as a mating surface. It fulfills the performance requirements of SAE AS 81819 and is developed for high speed oscillating applications.

  • Tight woven fabric of multifilament synthetic fibers with interwoven PTFE-Fibers, saturated with resin

  • Mating Surface super finished Tungsten Carbide


FRASLIP T – Temperatures -65°F to 600°F (-53°C to 315°C); 675°F (350°C), short duration

Self-Lubricating Bearing System, FRASLIP T fabric is high strength with non-fluid absorbing fibers. FRASLIP T is suitable for high temperature and/or high speed applications at medium loads.
