Stockman Named Vice President, Finance at Kamatics Corp.

BLOOMFIELD, Conn.--Feb. 20-- Kamatics Corp., a subsidiary of Kaman Corp. (NASDAQ:KAMNA) , today announced the appointment of John K. Stockman to vice president, finance, reporting to Kamatics President John Kornegay.

Stockman, 35, joined Kaman Corp. in 1997 as director of special projects in the finance department and was promoted to assistant vice president in 1999. Prior to joining Kaman, he was an assurance senior manager at KPMG LLP, Hartford, Conn. He joined KPMG in 1988 after graduating from Villanova University with a bachelor's degree in accountancy.

Stockman is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the boards of directors for the Connecticut Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Kaman Employees Federal Credit Union. He lives with his family in Rocky Hill, Conn.
