Stath Promoted to Assistant V.P.

Rebecca StathBLOOMFIELD, Connecticut (January 10, 2018) – Kaman Corp. (NYSE:KAMN) today announced that Rebecca F. Stath, has been appointed to serve as Assistant Vice President, S.E.C. Compliance and External Reporting, reporting to John J. Tedone, Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.  In her role Stath provides leadership for all financial reporting and consolidation activities in accordance with U.S. GAAP and S.E.C. rules and regulations.

Stath joined Kaman in 2011 serving as Internal Audit Manager prior to her role in financial reporting and compliance.  She is a graduate of the Kaman Leadership Development Program and began her career in assurance at KPMG.

Stath holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.
