Balboni Promoted to Assistant V.P.

Amanda BalboniBLOOMFIELD, Connecticut (January 10, 2018) – Kaman Corp. (NYSE:KAMN) today announced that Amanda N. Balboni, has been appointed to serve as Assistant Vice President, Internal Audit.

“Amanda has been instrumental in leading continuous improvement in our audit processes and working closely with our business units to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.  This promotion is well-deserved and recognition of the increased responsibilities Amanda has assumed over time,” stated Robert Starr, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Balboni has served in various roles within Kaman’s internal audit department since 2014 most recently leading the department as Director, and is a participant in the company’s Leadership Development Program.  Prior to her arrival at Kaman, Ms. Balboni served in finance and audit roles with companies that included Coburn Technologies, Stanley Black & Decker and PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Balboni holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut.
