Neal Keating has been a director since September 2007 when he was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Kaman Corporation. In January 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and in March 2008, he was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining Kaman, Mr. Keating served as Chief Operating Officer at Hughes Supply, a then $5.4 billion wholesale distributor that was acquired by Home Depot in 2006.
