Lowell J. Hill Named Vice President-Human Resources for Kaman Corporation
BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Kaman Corporation (NASDAQ:KAMNA)
today announced the appointment of Lowell J. Hill as vice president-human resources, reporting to Robert M. Garneau, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Hill, 56, comes to Kaman with many years of senior human resources executive experience, most recently as vice president-human resources for Mueller Industries, Memphis, Tennessee. In his new position, he will be responsible for all of Kaman's corporate and subsidiary human resources activities.

Following graduate school in 1969, Hill worked for Monsanto Company for five years in labor relations. In 1974, he joined Emerson Electric Company, where he worked for 13 years, serving as division vice president of human resources for two divisions in Ohio and Pennsylvania with domestic and international locations. He subsequently held senior level executive positions with Harvard Industries, Inc. and Integrated Component Systems, Inc., both in Farmingdale, New Jersey, prior to joining Mueller Industries in 1995.
Hill, a native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, received his bachelor's degree in business administration in 1967, and his master's degree in industrial relations in 1969, both from the University of Minnesota.
Kaman Corp., based in Bloomfield, conducts business in the aerospace, industrial distribution and music distribution markets.
