Has the overall responsibility and ownership of the program and program results including budget, schedule, scope and quality for large to complex programs with participation of multiple sites including international locations. Ensure efficient and profitable management of the program.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: 
Broad knowledge of a technically advanced field or business discipline.  Fluent oral and written communication skills.

Advanced knowledge and application of program and project management standards; Earned Value Management tools and techniques; Proficient in MS Office & MS Project; Proficient in technical writing.  Minimum of six years of progressive program/project engineering experience. PMP or ability to attain certification desired. Preferred experience with foreign offset programs.

Domestic Travel:  up to 20%
International Travel: 40% or more
