We're committed to worldwide service. Kaman Aerostructures is making global enterprise status a formal part of our business strategic plan. In 2010, Kaman Aerostructures opened a new facility in Chihuahua, Mexico for the manufacture of aerospace detail sheet metal and extrusion components and subassemblies.
We have taken major initiatives to expand our proven, value-added capabilities on an international level, thereby better serving the global aerospace industry. We are also expanding a global supply chain. The Kaman Aerospace Group also has plants in many parts of the world that can team with Kaman Aerostructures to offer the customer “one-stop-shopping” services.
We also work with other Kaman Aerospace companies and industry partners throughout the world. For instance, to offer a global design and build service, Kaman Aerostructures has a relationship with a design partner in India to supplement the services of Kaman Engineering Services.
